Skin Savant $1,000 Skincare Shopping Spree Sweepstakes
Official Rules
1. Eligibility
The Skin Savant $1,000 Skincare Shopping Spree Sweepstakes(“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Skin Savant, Skincare by Amy Peterson, Lenox and Sixteenth, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Skin Savant, a brand operated by Skincare by Amy Peterson, LLC, located in Miami, Florida (“Sponsor”).
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 16, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 21, 2025(“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted outside of the Sweepstakes Period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
No purchase necessary. During the Sweepstakes Period, participants may enter by submitting a valid email address through the designated entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person per email address. Duplicate entries using multiple email accounts may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s discretion.
By entering, participants agree to subscribe to the email marketing lists of Skincare by Amy Peterson and Lenox and Sixteenth.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 Skin Savant Shopping Spree(awarded as a digital store credit redeemable at skinsavant.com). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,000. Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. No substitutions except at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor within seven (7) days after the Sweepstakes Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry and via Instagram direct message (if applicable). If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of initial notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable or inaccurate email addresses or Instagram handles.
7. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor and its affiliates the right to use their name, likeness, Instagram handle, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in all media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
10. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
11. Winners List
To request the name of the winner, send an email to info@skinsavant.com with the subject line “Skin Savant $1,000 Skincare Shopping Spree Sweepstakes Winner” within thirty (30) days of the Sweepstakes end date.
12. Privacy
Information collected from participants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://skinsavant.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, participants agree to receive marketing emails from Skincare by Amy Peterson and Lenox and Sixteenth. Participants may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in emails received.
