Shipping and Returns Policy

Welcome to The Skin Savant! We hope you love your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.


Shipping Information

We proudly deliver across the United States and U.S. Territories from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Currently, we do not offer Saturday delivery. Please note that UPS Ground and Expedited Shipping estimates count only during business days, excluding public holidays.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our team immediately at info@skinsavant.com. We will assist you with the next steps to replace or refund your product right away.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. For all U.S. online orders, full-price items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of placing your order. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Our team may request images as proof of unopened/undamaged products. Returns must be received at our office before replacements can be issued.


How to Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@skincarebyamypeterson.com with your original order number and your request. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or missing.

Any exchanges made after a promotional sale cannot be honored at the discounted rate.


Refund Policy

We are happy to offer a refund on all items returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging, unopened, and unused condition. We only accept returns of unopened merchandise.
